Steering system
Top-type(or bottom) magnetic mechanical stirring, the whole system is safe, stable and stable with long use life.
Stirring paddle: Different types of stirring paddles(optional) can be selected according to the cell type and culture method.
Temperature detection and control:
Heat by steam generator and Circulate by circulating pump auto contro .( Cooling water temperature +5~50ºC +-0.2ºC).

1.Feed weighing scale:
One way of Ohaus feed weighing scale and transfer the data to the controller and record.
2.CIP system:
Movable Alkali tank,pure water and Acid tank(optional) with most German Burkurt valves or others.It is controlled by BXBIO control system and can execute the process automatcially.Material can be SS316L or SS304.
3.Online detection and control of methyl alcohol content:
Detect the online methyl alcohol content,and link with feed of nutrient to control the content with fermentation control system.
4.Online detection of redox potential:
Detect redox potential with Intelligent sensor.
5.Exhaust Analyzer:
Equipped with different international brands exhaust analyzer(American Thermofisher,German Hartmann,German Bluesens,Chinese Chuanyi) to detecct O2 and CO2.
